We use Plaid, a trusted and widely-used financial data platform, to securely connect to thousands of banks and credit unions. The connection is read-only — Charlie can see your transactions and balances, but cannot move money. You can disconnect at any time from within the app.
Yes. Security is a top priority. We encrypt your data in transit and at rest, and we only request read-only access to your accounts. We never sell your financial data to third parties. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

You can request account deletion at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. We will process your request within 30 days and delete all personal data associated with your account, except where retention is required by law.
Voyage Trips is a travel planning app by Charlie Labs that helps you organize trips, save and rate places, and build detailed itineraries. It's designed for people who love to travel intentionally and want a beautiful, personal way to plan their adventures.
Voyage has a free tier with core features available to all users. Voyage Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks premium features. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and can be canceled at any time via your device's subscription settings.
Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple. To cancel, go to your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Voyage, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access to Pro features until the end of the current billing period. Charlie Labs cannot process cancellations or refunds directly.
All refunds for Voyage Pro are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Voyage purchase, and select "Request a refund." Charlie Labs does not process refunds directly.
You can delete your Voyage account directly within the app — go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently and immediately removes your profile, trips, saved places, and all associated data from our servers. There is no waiting period.
Voyage may request coarse location access to help you find nearby places — for example, when searching for restaurants or attractions. We do not store your location on our servers or track your movements over time. You can manage location permissions at any time in your iPhone's Settings.
When you refer a friend using your unique referral code and they sign up, both you and your friend may receive a benefit (such as extended Pro access). Referral codes are for personal use only and may not be sold or distributed at scale. We reserve the right to modify or end the referral program at any time.
